HOUSE BILL NO. 102 "An Act relating to vacating lanes or slowing                                                                
down for certain vehicles stopped along the side of a road" was read

Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
